Poledance is definitely on offer here at our studios. This modern dance form helps to tone your body and strengthens your core muscles using a metallic pole stretched from floor to ceiling. This class is certainly worth a try (Ladies Only)

STRETCHERCIZE:

Do you want to get flexible as well as toned in the most amazing way? Our Stretch class is a must as we stretch our anxieties away to great cool music. This exercise is sure to get your juices flowing again after a hard day’s work. (Mixed class)

HEELS DANCE:

This dance is energetic and high octane, all done through HEELS!!! It tests your core muscle strength as well as balance and agility. (Ladies only)

SWING YOGA:

Here ropes and swings are inculcated in poses and stretch patterns inherent in the Yoga genre. There is the tendency to go upside down on occasion as well. A thoroughly engaging workout.

Highly energetic and lively in nature, the kids, adolescents and Teens are sure to love this class. Classes for different Age-group’s and Age-grade are also present at our studios. (from ages 4 – 16)

Capoeira Kids:

Hailing from Brazil, Capoeira is widely loved and well received by many around the World due to its agile, fast-paced movements and amazing music. It fosters a feeling of togetherness and community. This class is a must for all Children. (5 years and above)

Latin Kids and Teens:

Here the kids are taught a mix blend of Latin dances from all around the World. It is thoroughly enjoyable and great fun. Classes for different Age-group’s and Age-grades are present at our studios (from 7 years and above)
